You will become more intelligent and your sex life will improve dramatically. Don't believe me? See one of my first members (pictured to the left), the day after I opened the forums! USFK Forums was built to allow anyone in the world to discuss issues related to South Korea. You do not have to live in South Korea to be an active member. WHAT IS A FORUM? A forum is a message board system that allows a community of members around the world to discuss news, hot topics or anything else. Members start "threads", or topic starters, and other members post replies. A forum is a spring board to have interesting discussions or to rant about issues affecting you. WHAT ARE THOSE COOL SMILES? Smiles are a unique way to display your thoughts. Whether you are mad WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT USFK FORUMS USFK Forums is a unique forum indeed! All members are allowed to have individual homepages, galleries, journals and other great features that bring joy and happiness to their online experience. Our forum is full of U.S. military members, English teachers from around the world teaching in South Korea, civil employees, Korean nationals, and other people interested in Korea. FORUM NAVIGATION No matter were you go on USFK Forums there is a navigation bar at the top of the site and links at the bottom of each page. Explore the site and you will be amazed at some of the features! WHAT IS A PROFILE The profile feature allows you to show your personality. All members are allowed to build a simple home page, post likes and dislikes, display an avatar and show other information. A profile is a great way of allowing other members to learn more about you. I JUST SIGNED UP, WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW? Start posting! Jump right in and start a thread or reply to an existing topic. You will be amazed at how helpful and insightful other members can be. Have a question regarding life in Korea, teaching or the military? Post them and our members will be more than happy to help! WHAT IS REPUTATION? Your reputation is everything! Each member has a reputation level that is displayed each time they post. The better the member's reputation, the more green bars they will have. The lower the reputation the more red bars the member will have. You gain reputation points for posting great posts. Other members can add or bring down your reputation level by hitting the reputation button on each post. WHAT ARE THE USFK FORUMS RULES?The current rules are being written as I write this article. Re: USFK Forums 101
Hello!!
My name is John. I am new to this forum and still "trying to figure it out". I am a Canadian male, 40+ years, currently living in Korea. I like music, riding my (new) mororcycle, PC games and travelling and photography. I just wanted to introduce myself to fellow members and hope to get some new "online" friends. GBU. |

Welcome Pete- I was a Lt once at Richards-Gebaur AFB in Belton, MO. Also lived on Scott AFB, IL once upom a time. You probably have a good chance to come to Korea. In the AF, your best bet is to volunteer for a Special Assignment to JUSMAG-K. That works for other servicemembers also. It pretty well guarantees a Command sponsored assignment. Good luck!
You will not be disappointed with this site. |
