Camp Humphreys court-martial slated for child porn charges

This brings up an interesting point. Did anyone see the news out of Vermont? A judge there gave an admitted child rapist 60 days! The rapist admitted to raping and molesting a 6 year-old girl for several years. The judge handed down a 60 day sentence because he stated that the man needs help and prison won’t help him.

I thought judges were around to interpret the law and punish people, not inject their personal beliefs into the system.
