Hello I am a Army Veteran, I was last at Camp Humphreys from April 05 to 06, I sustained a shoulder injury there and was seen at the TMC on Camp Humphreys. However, they never put the paper work of this injury into my file. I am now trying to claim my shoulder which still hampers me to this day to VA. I would like to know if anybody here knows of a ako email address to somebody that works at the TMC to see if the records are still on there computer. Your help will greatly be appreciated. I see 16 people have seen your request on the Hump forum, and more . No one seems to have answered. As you know, the Privacy Act thing may be a problem. I suspect only you can help yourself.

I am not at the Hump, but if you can get the right zip code from there, you probably should write to the Commander of the Medical Facility there, giving them your name, SN, and explain your problem. That's my suggestion.

I read it and was pondering on putting an AKO or personnel address on a public website. Not sure that would be O.K. with the person without asking.

This is the Camp Humphreys ICE page,

Find the TMC listing, when you fill this out it will go to the head of the TMC and a few other people it will get stuff done.

Just so you know, I wrote the Camp Humphreys post Commander on that page and he called me with in 2 hrs of me sending the comment. So it does work.
