Airline question
Ok we have our tickets for Korea on Japan Airlines. When I was talking to a rep from the airlines I asked him about a visa he put me on hold which probably mean he had to ask someone else and he said if you are only staying 30 days your ok. I thought ok because everyone has told me I can get one when I get there. Then he said but you might have to have a return ticket if you don't have a visa. Is this right?

Re: Airline question
Don't worry about it, they don't know. Just tell them you are getting a Visa when you get here.

Re: Airline question
I haven't heard of anyone flying over Japan Airlines, most have been Delta/Korean Air. No one asked me for my Visa or even questioned it until I got here and had to go through immigration/customs. I don't see why you would have to have a return ticket? Makes no sense. I wouldn't stress too much.

Re: Airline question
No, it doesn't matter which airline. Yes, there was a note in the Korean visa info that said if you do not have a visa you should have a return ticket. I saw that when my daughter came over, but no one asked to see a return ticket, and anyway, later on, for about $30 we got her visa extended to 90 days. I'll try to find info for you ASAP. Wait a while.
