Joint Domicile Oha
Hi all,
I'm needing some help here. My wife and I are both active duty e-4 assigned to USAG Humphreys and have joint domicile and are living off base. My top told me today that we each are supposed to be getting the single w/out dependent rate (since we have no kids) and then they split our cola and utility allowance b/w the two of us. Can anyone give me a link to a regulation that would say this ? I need to go battle with finance/housing about this, but need some documentation to go to bat with. Can any fellow joint domicile couples out there help us out ? Thanks, Mike |

Re: Joint Domicile Oha
The quickest and easiest thing would be just go to finance, I cannot quote anything about joint domicile. Maybe even talk to JAG about it.
