 Here is KT Call Center in Kang-Nam.   It's a backbone switch of Extrem networks. It's called a blackdiamond 8000 series.  Extrem Backbone switch.  It's a Probe equipment. this probe device can probe ur computer mac address and ur ip address on network.  It's a optical equipment. this equipment connected with another site by 155M speed. Next is video link. You can see each kind recording equipment and network equipment into KT call center. If you telephone call to KT Call Center, your voice will record of here.
