Talking Re: How do I type Korean characters (Hangul)?

Try this http://www.zkorean.com/computer_settings.shtml for Korean IME.

Sorry, can't help with the local prices but I have always bought on-line.

Computer prices are not bad in Korea but due to the increasing strength of the won they are not as good as they once were. You can still find some good buys at the Yongsan Electronics Market and from online Korean shopping websites. A good hangul keyboard will run $20.

Re: How do I type Korean characters (Hangul)?

I can get new you hangul/Eng keyboards for $7 U.S. I don't know your shipping costs or import duties if you bring a new computer, or what you call good prices.
Plenty of used ones here if you are not picky.
If you have Windows XP you already have Korean in it. Somewhere back in our Korean forum is more info on it.
Call us when you get in!
