I guess of so many years of economic boom it is time for Korea start building some big buildings. This one is a beauty! It will be 151 stories tall.

Sorry to bust your bubble.. My experience tells me 100:1 it'll never happen. Wishfull thinking and self promotion (for election puirposes) on behalf of the powers that be. As soon as any potential funders realize what doing business in Korea actually means they disappear as fast as they can. No worries.. this project will resurface (along with others) in a few years just before the next elections.
