Isn't this area still off-limits to USFK personnel?
If so, it is infrequently patrolled which adds an element of risk to one's career...or at least paycheck...if caught. Noting the above caveat, I would like to add I think the Hongik U. area is one of the more interesting areas in Seoul and would encourage folks to get out and see it. Quote:
