Favorite Korean side dish?

Korean restaurants all have their own side dishes. When you order a Korean meal, they bring out 5-15 small dishes filled with Korean specialties. Each restaurant seems to be unique in what they server. What is your favorite side dish?

Of course, I love Kimchi, but that is not really unique. My favorite unique one is the other varieties of Kimchi like green beans. Also, there is one in Songtan that makes a great potato salad!

I also must have garlic and the thick red sauce to dip the meat in!

shsong, you won't find a lot of westreners who are too open to eating dogmeat. is just sorta, we've kept them as pets for so long we'd have a hard time eating it.

I don't know if this is a sidedish or not but i like Kimbob ^^ i've eaten 3 orders of it before at a store in town...

the same place a formilian in town has the best fries in korea, second only to fresh fries from a fry truck or a New York fries in canada, i miss that place
