Great story and photos! Thanks for sharing with us. I have trekked the area, and found it very enjoyable! I lived at Camp Red Cloud in 1974. It has grown some, and is more beautiful than ever in the spring. Have all your necessities in your backpack, and watch the weather. A great inexpensive way to enjoy Korea.

I have plenty of more photos and ideas for things to do in Korea. I'm going to try to do one every two weeks so stay tuned.
