Very good read!!!!

I live in Camp George, near Henry. I went to the furnature store and bought an area carpet a 9X12, I was told it wold be $20 flat rate shipping. The Korean guy who delivered B!@# and moaned cuz he couldnt bring it up in the elevator and had to carry it up to the 4th floor. So when all said in done I handed him a $20..he said NO $25, I said no 20..he got pissy with me , i didnt feel like arguing so I gave him 5 more...then yesterday when recieving my unnaccomanied baggage all they did was gripe and moan cuz i had alot of heavy stuff..i told them wait till you deliver my 2nd deliver of household goods. LOL they asked what i had more comming, I said a Leather berkline couch, a queen size bed, a craftsman roll tool box, they were like and I was like I told them to shut up and do ur job...Anyway koreans try to get over on us americans, we always have to be 1 step ahead of them..now on to the read

Re: Very good read!!!!

We've also bought a carpet from the furniture store. Our other one was a lucky find when a neighbor moved. We'd like to buy a few more, just a remnant piece, maybe 9x12. The selection at the furniture store isn't so great. Has anyone else had any luck buying cheap carpet on the economy? I'm not looking for a persian rug. Just a nice carpet remnant for under $100. Preferably not in bright pink or astroturf green.
