Snowboarding/Skiing

I was just wondering if anyone does any Snowboarding or skiing around Osan. I'm big into snowboarding (not that I'm any good), and would like to know where the best places are for a good day on the slopes. I know the resorts aren't that big around that area. I'm used to places like Keystone. I know I'm spoiled.

I'll get the website and phone for the Seoul Ski Patrol. One of my friends is deep into that. They set up trips to different slopes in country.

Re: Snowboarding/Skiing

Outdoor Rec here at Osan runs bus trips to a few of the resorts in Korea. There is even a night skiing trip that happens about once a week I think. I haven't been on them yet since the snow was gone when I PCS'd here, but I'm looking forward to hitting the slopes this winter.

Outdoor Rec also has equipment rental in case you didn't bring your gear with you.

Jisan is very close to Osan. Don't bother with Yangji. It's boring. www.jisanresort.co.kr
