I don't check this forum much-as I am the Amateur's amateur in Digital photos. Welcome. Go look around our Gallery and post somehing nice when you can. People will talk to you at "The Lounge" .

Sorry, I haven't been here for a while.

Yes I do hike. I picked Namwon to live in, right near the mountains of Jiri-san, it is very beautiful and clean. I've been here 5 months now.

Buying boots in Namwon is a problem as the sizes seldom go up to 285 Korean, (sz 10.5 US). I found one pair at Black Yak but they wanted 185,000 won, ouch! Is anyone selling a used pair, sz 10.5?

I will see if I can post any photos in my gallery and then link them. Most of my work has been with slide film, but I do have some digital images.

Sounds wonderful..I am not sure if I have been there yet or not...
I have done a lot of travelling, then suddenly stopped and started going to conferences...Now don't ask me why..it was a huge PD step..

I actually bought a turkey from Costco with all the trimmings and am happilly cooking it now... Yes, I did find some cranberries for the sauce... Going to make a plum pudding too with hard sauce..
