Please, look under ! 1. To have a lot of money do not make us happy. 2. Having a lot of money do not make us happy. 3. It do not make us happy to have a lot of money. Which one a good English sentence ? |

Actually, none are correct. You're using the wrong mode of "do"; however, #2 and #3 are closest. The correct syntax for each is:
#2 - Having a lot of money does not make us happy. #3 - It does not make us happy to have a lot of money. Take care. |
