Google maps on USFK Forums! Please update your location

I am proud to announce that we now have maps powered by Google on USFK Forums. You can click on the Googlemap in the NAVBAR anytime.

What exactly does it do? It allows each member to input their location. You can pick a general location or even pick your house! Follow these simple steps!

1. Click on Google Maps
2. Click on the Your Entry button.

3. Follow the simple instuctions at the top of the map:

Enter your latitude and longitude by dragging, zooming the map. DOUBLE Clicking will center the map on that exact spot. After centering on the correct location, fill in the text field and click update.

It is that simple! A location icon will show up. Click on any of the location icon and a small member blurb and picture (if they have one) will show up. You can click and view their profile. Here are some other cool feature of the map program.

1. You can change the view to map, sattelite or hybrid at any time.
2. You can zoom in or out. If their is imagery loaded of your area you can even find your house!
3. The map is defaulted to South Korea, but you can zoom out and find any location in the world. Can you find me in Hawaii?
