Of course, we will moderate the gallery after images have been uploaded, but there may be a delay and nude or graphic images may be displayed for some time. I don't know of any reason that a picture cannot wait in limbo in a secure spot until one or more of us gives an approval. A risque photo could cause some harm to our reputation if downloaded into mom's computer, I 'm sure! Can anyone think of a reason not to delay? Maybe some one will volunteer to check the gallery inputs daily? I seldom go there daily, myself.

Limbo ? What's that ?

Buy a Shinjin Korean dictionary! Shinjin's English-English- Korean Dictionary says,
"1. Limbo is a supposed place between heaven and hell where the souls of unbaptized children live, and also the souls of good people who died before Christ's coming." As a Christian you know that you were born with original sin , which must be removed (by salvation) before you can enter heaven. Did you ever wonder where people went before Christ came to save them? It is assumed that Limbo is a nice place, but ,of course, without the presence of God.

So-as I used the word limbo-it means " a place between" before being posted.

I've caught a few curse words and been editing a few here and there, silently. They don't occur frequently; maybe once or twice a week.

Unless there is a mob of members who decide to post dozens of obscene photos every day, I think we can move on the way we do now by catching them as we go along.

ummm since this place is spose to be for all. keep it moderated. last thing you want is to be blamed for a little kid seeing pornographic pictures.

honestlly i think it should be there as its rather demeaning to the Koreans who are in it but i know i could never win that argument so i won't even try

Firstly, thanks for your opinions! I agree with you that we should be careful of indiscriminate photo posting.
Secondly, I'm not sure, but I think you are saying the Gallery shouldn't be there as it is demeaning to the females there? Hey- if thats what you think, don't be afraid to say it!

I believe freedom of speech is your right in this Forum. Yes, there are those who would disagree with your opinion, of course. But the ensuing "counter opinions" may be what spices up the Forum and makes interesting reading.

Here are my thoughts: Who is responsible if a photo appears demeaning? Demeaning means degrading. Photos such as these, [to the best of our knowledge] professionally posed and openly released to the public, with full knowledge of the subject, are meant to increase popularity, and maybe sell a CD or movie or event. I call that show business.

Normal males enjoy looking at females, and, vice versa. Now, again, if a subject, male or female, gets carried away and shows off a little too much, or exposes parts not normally exposed, then opinions will differ greatly among viewers. The Forum reserves the right to determine where permissable begins and where it ends.
If someone publishes a photo of a person without that person's knowledge, and it depicts the person in a compromising position, or in a way that is not flattering, then you may have "demeaning". But if persons allow photos of themselves to be used in advertising their career or whatever, and that photo appears to be demeaning in some viewer's opinion, o.k., accept it.

Do I think 50 or 60 photos of the same girl is extreme? Yes! Do I wonder about how much bandwidth we eat up with photos? Yes! Have I now stepped into the twilight zone? Stay tuned!
