Will North Korea shut down Yongbyon?

It looks like the problem now is with the money being stuck in a Russian bank with "technical difficulties." Does anyone really believe this? How hard is it to transfer such a small amount of money? See the BBC report here.

Cool Re: Will North Korea shut down Yongbyon?

The money was transferred yesterday through a Russian bank, who made sure the US approved before they did it. Welost some face there, as the money was probably counterfeit US dollars when it went in. Now it is real money, and back in NK.
Will they keep their part of the bargain now? Hell no! Why should they? For over 50 years they have been playing the US and SK like a violin!

They may make a motion to shut down Yongbyon. It is old and worn out anyway. Will theh hide the nuclear stuff? Yes.
