I have a nephew in Kansas City. My Pointers were born in Belton, Mo. They hunted quail in Mo. and I brought them to Korea back in 1971. We hunted Pheasants in Cheju back then. It was great! I don't like coffee, but my great-nephew loved the coffee machines here , too. We have a Starbucks in Yongsan now, and in Itaewon. That made it liveable for a lot of people.

Those coffees are great! However, I stopped drinking the ones out in public ever since the local news reported...

...people drugging those machines; putting a dose of tranq into the paper cups. They'd follow the victim until he or she passes out and rob them.

...how unsanitary those machines are; never cleaned. They showed how disgusting the inside of the machine was loaded with dead insects.

Yes, I know...this is probably only like one in a million, but the sight of what I saw on television just traumatized me enough to never trust those machines again.

I never tried those coffee machines. I just never seemed to have the urge or the correct change!

What I do love are those Vita drinks in the yellow and brown bottles. They are great!

Mike
