The certificate is fields of electornic and commnunications.
To take the certificate, You have to pass a written examination and technical test. That is enforce by a nation. very tightly....... the ratio of successful applicants is 25%. Last edited by shsong21 : 01-25-2006 at 11:51 PM. |
