This is National Technical Qualification Certificate.
Also, I have serveral the Internaional Certificate.

What kind of certificates are they? How do you receive one of those?

The certificate is fields of electornic and commnunications.
To take the certificate, You have to pass a written examination and technical test.
That is enforce by a nation. very tightly.......
the ratio of successful applicants is 25%.
