There is talk about South Korea banning capital punishment, but cases like
this should make the South Korean government reconsider. Also, the government should be ashamed for not protecting their citizens! This man was released on probation after molesting a 4 year old last July! Less than 1 year later he rapes and kills an 11-year old!

Late Sunday evening, Yongsan police announced that they had arrested a suspect in the case, and also had the man's son in custody as an accomplice to the crime. Police said the girl was abducted on the street and as the man tried to molest her, she screamed. The suspect allegedly then stabbed her to death and, an hour later, called his son to help him dispose of the body.
The son and the father placed the girl's body in a box, rode to the Seoul suburb of Bucheon and burned the body in a rice field.
The older man had been convicted last July of molesting a 4-year-old girl, but was released on probation in September.

There is a time when bleeding-heart liberals (responsible for releasing men like this) should be killed along with the guilty man. There has to be a point when criminals are treated like criminals and not released into society because you live in a fantasy world and think everyone is good. If you are going to release a criminal like this into society, you should be held responsible for his crimes.
