The heavy rain continued for a few days all over Korea. Korea government declare "a state of national emergency". How about your location ? You have to self-control go out because it's controled for a road flooding. You have to listen carefully your AFKN or Radio, Korean News. It will rain come down until Thursday. going out restraint ! You will be isolated ! If you're isolated anywhere, you can call to me by Ham Radio. but you have to have Ham Radio equipment. My call sign is "DS1PKC".
