I think it is even more important to wear a helmet in Korea. I have seen a high-speed scooters nearly get hit weekly near Osan.

Wear a helmet or you taking a serious risk!

With all due respect to American Steel, Korea is dangerous enough on four wheels let alone two. Not even a helmet would make me feel safe enough to ride in the ROK.
