Conscript Shoots Two Before Attempting Suicide
There is yet another shooting in the ROK military. This is why I am against any and all forms of the draft in the U.S. military. Maybe these other soldiers were mean and we don't know the entire truth, but it seems the ROK military has more shootings than most.
