If you never made a mistake, how would you learn?

I understand what you are going through. I just spent 14 days down in Busan at KAL (Korean Airlines) who rebuilt a helicoptet for us. All workers were Korean.

Every single time something would go wrong (even something as simple as a bolt not being tightned) they would say they are sorry for the next day or more.

shsong21, you have a very high respect for yourself. Keep that respect, just learn from a very little mistake.
