I've always wondered how that potato salad thing fit into the "standard" Korean banchans. I mean I know all banchans vary from one restaurant from another and there isn't really a standard, but usually there is always this out of the ordinary one like this potato salad...or sometimes that shredded lettuce with the ketchup/mayo mixture dressing.
