Commissaries in S. Korea trying to shed light on black market

This is a little amusing. The reason is a real analyst is trained to spot data trends. They establish UC, and LC as well as a benchmark. Any variation in the data will generate a spike. Since they already have the number to ID the shopper, they can narrow the scope. It is quite likely these same individuals are also using AAFES and making a day of visting various Exchange/Commissaries in the area. AFFES is interested in only one thing increased revenue. If this means BM than so be it. It will be intrested in seening how this plays out.

emmmm Let's look at it from this perspective;

Why is their a requirement to use your RCP for any purchases in the Commissary and not AAFES?

Why is there a drastic difference in the shopping patterns of the shoppers in Korea in contrast to CONUS?

How are the retail outlets on ghost town installations generating high revenue ie Cp Market.

I see AAFES revenues increasing due to the Commissary attempting to curb the BM. I do not see any change in policy from AAFES to enforce the same rules as the commissary. I also seriously doubt AAFES being a willing particpant to release data to the office collecting the data.

I hope I did not appear to be too pesimistic <Bg>
