I just have a question. I have been in Korea for a while and it boggles my mind how USFK military members choose to get married with girls that work in bars hustling drinks, and talking to different men every night. There are so many nice college and office working females in Korea that there should be no reason for anyone to settle with these juicy girls. I'm trying to figure out what drives these guys to settle with them. I'm not trying to stir things up. Just curious as to why this happens so much in Korea...

Well, Biff, I don't know your age or your experiences, but I am old enough to be your father, (even if you are 50), so let me give it a shot.
Pretty girls are created with the equipment, both mental and physical, to make most men's hormones over-ride their sensibilities. Even the female black widow spider can entice the male spider into her den, despite the bright red hourglass tattoo on her stomach! After she seduces him, she injects a poison and later has him for supper!
Before you get the idea that I am comparing girls with Spiders- forget that!
I love all the women, and appreciate them being there.
Why do guys choose girls from a bar over a nice college girl or others? I say it is usually one of two things- availability or approachibility. Many young men that made the trip to Korea without previously being exposed to available girls are quite vulnerable. They arrive here at a time in their life when the moral values and close watching of their parents is no longer a factor! Their hormones are raging at their peak! They are on their own!
Look out world- I'm free at last! Even if I have not had alcohol before, or talked to girls without getting red in the face, this is a whole new ball game. Unfortunately, I may not understand the consequences of falling for the first pretty girl that pays attention to me, nor do I want to believe that she may just be looking for a free ride to the US, or just making a living while leading me on, with a list of seventeen other suckers in her cell phone autodial! It is a tricky, expensive, game I am describing, and even some old timers can't detect for sure if she really is a prisoner of the Korean Mafia, and can be bought out of this hell hole for $2000, or if she is a black widow, playing them along for money!
Advice? Young men or women with raging hormones and surrounded by peers with the same affliction don't take advice readily. If I were able to pass along my advice at this time, it would be to step back and try to look at the situation objectively- perhaps take a trip home or out of country for a few days to cool off. Then seek some advice from a chaplain or other person who has some experience in these matters. Our forums detail a couple of long tales of faded love if you can go back a couple of years and read them. I'll try to elaborate on that if I can find the reference. The church scene or the Korean college scene is a better choice for single folks who might be seriously interested in a life-mate. It ain't easy.
P.S. added later- The ability of Filipinos and any "Bar Girl" has another advantage in Korea- Even drop-dead georgeous Korean office workers or college girls often cannot conduct much of a conversation in understandable English. I know, I know, you may be thinking -"So what ?", but in reality the English speaking bar girls have an advantage here also...

Check the statistics at Camp Casey and USAG Red Cloud on marriages to "entertainers" in the last two years! Maybe some of the guys can tell us.
Go up there on Saturday and count them at the Commissary. They call Casey "Little Manila".

Again, I'm NOT criticizing anyone who chooses to marry any non- US Citizen. I am MORE THAN qualified to speak on this subject. I am proud to be married to a former Korean, who was a Base Telephone Operator and later a Waitress on Osan AFB. We have been in love for over 40 years! You should be so lucky!

The question came up as to why Military folks choose bar girls over "Regular" girls in Korea. I am only attempting to shed some experienced observations on the subject. I do say use caution, and it pays to be sure, as in any marriage, anywhere. Many things need to be addressed. USFK Regulations require Military folks to know the rules, and it would be good for you schoolteachers out there to download a copy for your reference also. Marrying a girl who is already married, some with three ID cards, some with a disease or a criminal record that will prohibit her going to the US, and worse can be your fate if you do not check her out. Sorry, but it needed to be said.

For me a size 6 depending on how tall she is could be just right, unless she is over 6 ft then a size 6 is much to small.....All depends on the situation....

As you might know already, there is a saying ‘Beauty is in the eye of the beholder”,
Whether they work out or not, it’s not our business, don’t you think so?
Since you don’t have any clues what makes them happy when they are together.
Plus you’re not him/her so they’ll figure out each other when things don’t go well.

Juicy girls are also human beings so please don’t think they don't deserved to be loved
and cared.
