Question Hi-Pass: How to get it?
After traveling a LOT. I'm just curious as to how to get the Hi-Pass? I have my Tmoney card for the subways/buses (obviously) but got it at the subway. Anyone know where we can get the Hi-Pass? Paying tolls is just tedious..

I got mine at the Subway Station.. I know there are various places to get them. Here's a couple of links that explain it better
