What are some unbelievable things you see in Korea?
What I mean by the subject question is like...
How there are so little street cops around and yet, there are not many small crimes. How engineers & mechanics work with no protective equipment on (gloves and safety goggles) and always go home in one piece. There are barely any teen street thugs. If there are they are out of sight. Most of those thugs come from rich families. I find those ladder trucks amazing (those trucks moving companies use to load apartments). I find it so unbelievable how clean the subway is in Korea. |

I am always amazed how the elderly Korean men drive overweight scooters!
![]() I helped an elderly Korean man a few months back that crashed his scooter that was overloaded with scrap metal. The man was at least 65 years old! He had about 200 pounds of scrap metal on the back of the scooter, held together with a single bungee cord! I am not surprised when young men do it, but when a 65 year old man does it, that is pretty amazing! Mike

That one with the baby on the tricycle... I see that so frequently and it scares me.
I like that pile of three trucks! You mind if I share that pic in another forum? |
