I will be in Korea soon, can someone please tell me the deal with the current VoIP issues and Vonage.. If I buy it here in the states will I be able to use it in Sept/OCt when I get there

I have Vonage here but I had to send it to my dad's house since they won't ship APO and they have to have a state side address for the bill. It costs me about $32 a month and I have unlimited minutes. I live off base so I'm not real sure about any restrictions in place or anything like that sorry, but I think I remember reading that you'd still be able to have and use it. There is another thread about it somewhere here.
