I e-mailed Colin as well, but never got a response back. Also, Shim Yosup never send me an e-mail. I was hoping to get at least a CC on this. Thanks for looking into it Mr. Joe, good to see it went well.

I emailed him two, I think twice, but didn't receive a response unless it came today.
However, just some elements of this short little note brought back bad memories of teaching in Korea, so I am not going to complain. Even teaching in an university does not protect you from hakwon type treatment. It all depends on what kind of university and department you end up in. The "had to move" and "losing my mind" was all too eerrily familiar....... |
