If he is 70, then giving him 10 years will be closer to a "life" sentence. My guess is that the prisons over here aren't as nice/cushy as the ones in the States. (Last statement based on actually working in several of the roughest Florida has to offer, FSP, RMC, and UCI)
Mr. Joe, in FL DoC, they have to do 85%. But that is only if they stay out of trouble and earn all their gain time. |
