What is your opinion of AFN Radio?
I didn't listen to the AFN radio too much when I was at Osan. I listened everytime I drove, but that was short distances.
What is your opinion of the programming at AFN radio?

The poll should be more specific, at least AM or FM. I listen to AM every day.
I don't have any use for the FM fare. I like the talk radio shows, except for one pretender, Ed Shultz. He is sad. I'd like to get more of the Kim Komando show, but it gets cut after 1 hour. |

I used to listen to the sports broadcasts, but hey don't have them anymore. I like music that they don't paly on AFN(Opera, Broadway Showtunes etc.)

The FM programming did not appeal to me. I did listen to the AM programming. I liked most of the talk shows. The liberal "All Things Considered" was too far left. I understand the market survey may cause them to reduce the sports and talk shows. The sports can go but without the talk shows AM radio will die. I see where the USFK Commadner got involved in the Football programming on AFN. My biggest gripe with AFN is not football but the Info commericials they run during cartoon hour(s). Has nothing to do with kids and breaks their attention from the important stuff. Dora Dora
