I've used it a few times, and I'm pleased with the service. But even more so, I'm pleased that they'll deliver things that a lot of other companies won't send to an APO address.

One note that's worth passing on: since they give you an address in California, anything purchased on the net in California that goes to the shipitapo address will be charged California sales tax. I buy all my blank media and computer parts online - and almost every company online selling that stuff is in California. Just a word to the wise...

I think I have only had a problem once shipping it to an APO. If they ship with USPS then it's ok, but if they only us UPS then it gets harder. I know that on base your unit should have a FedEx address. If you find out what it is you can get stuff FedExed to you right on base.

The key with FedEx is that you have to have a physical address to which the mail is to be delivered. They will not deliver to PO boxes, nor will they simply deliver to a basic military unit address - unless it includes the unit's physical address, i.e., building number and room number.

Also, you have to pay international rates for a package delivered via FedEx to Korea - even if it's coming to a unit on a US military installation.

For the most part i just wont give someone my business if they won't ship to me, or they do stupid stuff like charge 500% more for shipping (Tigerdirect)

newegg.com has gotten a lot better about shipping, and they ship priorty so they're prices are about right. and they're the biggest group other then ebay i order from

I just found another company that will give you a US address to use when a retailer won't ship to APO/FPO addresses. It's the cheapest one I've seen so far. The address is free, you pay whatever the USPS charges for shipping by priority mail and a $5 handling fee. So far, I haven't had any problems having things shipped here. I hope I never do.

I am posted at Osan and use a company called APO Box(http://www.apobox.com) They have been great. I order lots of stuff while posted here and I got frustrated that Apple did not ship to an APO address. I found APO BOX and all has been great (I can even track my package most of the way here). I have to pay a little extra to get each package but I now have a US address that FEDEX and UPS will ship to. No more "Sorry we dont ship to APO or FPO boxes" will keep me from getting what I order. I even singed up for Vonage using the apobox US address they gave me. Well worth the 5 bucks extra to ship.

FEDEX will ship to bases in Korea. Your unit should have a Fedex Korean address. I had my mother send me some paperwork FEDEX.
