Head of Walter Reed Hospital Fired
I think this was a good firing. I wish people would look at the sub-standard medical care OVERALL with the entire military. I have gotten good care when I have forced doctors to refer me, but it takes WAY too long to get to the care.
The Army announced that the general in charge of Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Maj. Gen. George W. Weightman, has been relieved of command following disclosures about inadequate treatment of wounded soldiers. The Army said service leaders "lost confidence" in Weightman's
