Gentlemen, this is nothing new, before it was renamed PLDC/WLC it was called Basic Leadership Course (BLC) and then you went to Primary Leadership Course (PLC). Back then you could skip PLC and BNCOC and go straight to ANCOC or you could go thru all three courses. You had to go and the only way out was to graduate.
