Gas prices falling, will AAFES Taxi prices follow?

I think USFK should push AAFES taxi to reduce their prices accordingly. I just left Osan yesterday and it is $2.30 to start. That is up from $1.80 a year ago and the taxi company stated that it was due to gas prices. Well, since gas prices are falling I think it is USFK duty to pressure the taxi company to return their fare to $1.80 - $2.00.

It annoys me to no end that AAFES can raise their taxi service prices when gas prices go up and leave it at that level when prices fall. Maybe USFK military personnel should take a stand and boycott their service. I remember just a few months ago when they went on strike for a raise. Maybe it is time they get a taste of their own medicine.

I agree, but they won't.
