No More English Train Schedule
Korean Rail has changed their website and you can no longer find train schedules in English. Anyone have any suggestions?

Re: No More English Train Schedule
Send an email to the tourist hotline and make them aware of the oversight. I have been pretty impressed with how they respond to things like that.

Re: No More English Train Schedule
is kind of oversight a common thing? I see Rain on cnn making his "Sparkling Korea" pitch at least 5 times a day, makes me sick. If they are serious about tourism, they should think about making things easy for to spend their money.

I don't find that problem at all.
If you go to the below website, and then go to the TOP RIGHT CORNER, you will find the word ENGLISH. Click on it and follow directions. http://www.korail.go.kr/msgPage_1.jsp |

Re: No More English Train Schedule
It use to work, but they just changed it so you cannot get train schedules in English. All they do is tell you a bunch of other stuff. Before you could click on English and they would direct you to www.barota.com, but not any more.

Oh. Well, until we find a train schedule on line, most all subway stations have the schedule available.
Schedule is an interesting word. The British spell it the same way Americans do, so, to be consistently obstinate, they pronounce it differently! (shedyul)! Last edited by Mr. Joe : 08-03-2007 at 10:16 AM. |
