Incidents being covered up

I have noticed news about GIs causing problems in Korea is almost non-existent nowadays. Are people really behaving themselves now or has an order been put out to Stars and Stripes to not publish incidents in Korea? There used to be about 2-3 incidents monthly in the paper but now it seems as though all the incidents have died down. I would like to believe that GIs are staying out of trouble but I think incidents are being swept under the rug. I guess they really got 2ID in check nowadays.

It has been below 32 degrees for a month. That slows everything down. Wait until it warms up and action will return.
You could go up on the hill and stir some stuff up!

I agree it's just been too cold to do much. It's starting to slowly warm up now.

I would not bring up the Reduction of Incidents to the Brass. They may come to the conclusion that the Curfew is working better that they had thought, and decide to extend it.

First off ~ I doubt the Stars & Stripes would listen to any commander's request not to report about GIs behaving poorly. Unless the commander could prove that by doing so it might cause a really serious riot or something (it would have to be force protection or OPSEC related).

Secondly ~ Stars & Stripes is the least of a commander's worries. The Korean press is far more likely to report something and there is no way in hell to stop them from doing so.
