AIP changes
My husband told me that he was told that they are changing AIP again. Last year they changed it to one year limits unless you've been to Iraq or Afghanistan. Now, he's being told that the limit will be one extra year for everyone. Has anyone else heard this? I'm wondering if it's official or just a rumor.

Re: AIP changes
Yep it's true....becasue people were putting in AIP on top of AIP's. Getting to the point that people were staying here 6 years just on AIP.
We have a Soldier in our unit that has AIP'd so much that he will do his entire Army carrer here in Korea and ETS from here...6+ years...

Re: AIP changes
I'm hoping it's just one more step toward making Korea a normal 3 year command sponsored tour.
