Preventing the Korean Crud
 I just finished a quick article titled 10 Steps to Preventing the Korean Crud. I hope it will be of some use to everyone. Please provide any tips you may have as well!When I first got to Korea last December, the flu did a number on me. I was sick for 12 days. been in korea too long
I think I've been in Asia so long now that I dread the American flu.:) Immune system is inverted...yipes!
