I haven't been around on the forum as much as I would like. I need to work on restoring the gallery first.

What would you like to see added or changed on USFK Forums?

I don't have any suggestions (off the top of my head) ---

but I'd like to thank Mike for the work done on creating the forum and for being so open to suggestions.

When I asked to have the North Korea Human Rights and Korean History sections created (which have yet to get off the ground and are mostly me posting there (for now - I hope)) -- he agreed and did so in quickly.

That is one of the big advantages a "Forum" has over the group of blogs that make up the K-blogsphere or other areas of the internet where expats connected to Korea go.

I echo USinkorea's sediments. I would like to see in the politics area a seperate area for discussion of the upcoming elections as this has sponsered some debate but may need to be put in its own corner so some of the other discussion in that area is not pushed to the bottom. Just a thought.

I in general is very satisfied in this forum. The only thing is, I wish there are some people in this room who is good in technical problems that can help you. I know that you are busy Mike and I have sent you few personal messages regarding my profile and password. I always need to request for a new password when i need to log in. I know you ask me yesterday about the problem but I was on sms and that was 4:30 am and I was asleep just woke up with your message. Then when I got up I wanted to contact you but you were not online and I know that you are busy. Again I needed to to wait for 15 minutes to log on again cause my password is not correct even thought when I requested for the new password and edit my password, the next time I will be ask again. I can't see my profile if I will go to memebers list , it says I am not registered therefore I don't have a profile. I need help with this. So is it possible that someone can help you with this technical problems? Thanks

I just remembered that Joe will probably want you to fix the time thing. That is the only thing i remember any one really complaining about other than Hyori needs to send you some new pics to post

Time is now OK!

I get no consistency when I go to a forum. Sometimes it comes up on the first post ever. Some come up on the last post. Maybe my fault, but I have to click around to get to the "Newest Post" first ????

Parisok, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Hey this a great spot for information. I have found this Forum to be very useful. I have served in korea twice within the last 5 years and both times were good. I will be headed back some time late fall 07, this time out of the military. Are there any suggestions on the night life as a civilian. Where and where not to go.
