Typhoon to hit North of Seoul-Wind & RAIN!!!
Typhoon Wipha- between Thursday and Friday is expected to take a path into China tonight and continue turning North and then West toward North Korea, with Seoul not far below. Expect flooding wind and major rain. Watch on your TV and your AFRTS radio.
