How do I add friends to my profile?
Want your friends to show up in your profile?
Click on User CP and Buddy/Ignore List. Simply add the names of your friends and they will show up in your profile! See my profile for an example.

Mike you should make it so each new user gets you as a friend automatically and gets a welcome message with some basic instruction.

I agree. I am planning on changing the welcome e-mail soon. I hope to update the USFK Forums 101 article soon as well. If you have any ideas let me know.
