Is There a Western Union at Osan?
Today, Oct. 24 is our son's birthday. His name is Dustin and he is at Osan in . We want to wire him some money for his birthday. Is there a Western Union on base? Do they give him American Dollars or do they exchange it into foreign currency? Your help is greatly appreciated. I can't get in touch with him but wanted to have the money there on his birthday. (We live in Texas)
