China 1895 Illustrations
I added some images to the Korea History Gallery here at the Forums. They are actually on China.
I took them from a book: The War in the East published in 1895 on the Sino-Japanese War that was fought for influence in Korea. It was the forerunner to the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-1905. I'll be adding images over the next few days as I read the book. It was a lot of illustrations. The book goes over the history of the three nations involved. Oh ---- you can download the book in pdf format from Google Book Search for free if you won't. I like history and reading on different subjects, and this Book Search is a gold mine....  |
