Service or assistance dog in Hangul? Specifically a medical alert/assistance dog. (This means like a dog to help a blind or handicapped person)
Thanks Last edited by Mr. Joe : 03-29-2008 at 08:39 PM. Reason: to assist translator understanding |

1. Service or assistance dog for Blind person -> AHN NE GYEON 안내견 It genrally means the dog which trained for helping physically challenged person. 2. a Millitary dog, a war dog -> GOON GYEON 군견 I hope this helps.

Re: How would you write...
I've been told that the literal translation of a guide dog is a "seeing dog". Hubby has explained that with problem is he doesn't think it will translate literally. In my case the dog is to help with a handicap; I'm not blind.
Basically, I'm wanting to get my medical alert dog a set of Hangul patches for his vest to help with some of the confusion. |
