Re: Metallica In Seoul

Hmmmmm...would that be a "sold out" Metallica show, or a "sold out Metallica" show? I haven't really liked them since the black album, but I have seen a few shows. They still rock, but they've gone very far astray from the essence of the rock and roll that they worked so hard to energize. I am curious to see what Koreans thought of the show, though, so give us a shout!

Re: Metallica In Seoul

Well when I was in Korea I was dying for a good concert and I usually had to go to Japan to catch good bands but I did see Marylin Manson in Seoul. I'm not a fan but it was a fun night. The generator "blew up" (we were told) after only an hour but it felt good to see a show amongst Koreans.
I don't mean musical integrity by Metallica, sure they're not the same band anymore but I'm not the same as when I was 20 either.
I'm sure it was a good show, TOOL opening too. So like JOENINPO said, give us your comments if you went!
Thanks.
