Notice the word Playboy in the title begins with a capital letter.That tells us that it is a proper name, in this case, the name of a magazine, where she became well known in the US. Being a Playboy model is something special. Only 12 per year are selected, from so many.
They are then called Playmates!
There is another magazine called Playgirl. Strangely enough, I think they have photos of men! (I've never seen one.) Someone said Burt Reynolds was in it.

The second video about Korean PLayboy runway. Is absolutely not entertaining.

What happen to the appropriate models? This doesn't seem much attraction.
Its more like their potraiting Bra/ under garments model runway walk/ event show.
